the hotel staff were very kind! and the free drinks at reception were great. the queen room had a good size bed and plenty of space for luggage for two people.
after staying a few times, i have to admit this time it was very disappointing. the breakfast quality has gone downhill. the buffet plates were hardly full and most of the times, empty. by 9 o clock the buffet was pretty much empty. also the selection of mexican food was random.

Excellent Stay in Central Location

quiet roomspark viewlimited seating
I appreciated the quietness of the rooms. I am a light sleeper and had proper rest. I had a good view of the park from my room. The cleaning service was also non-intrusive.
I noted the absence of a lounge. I found that there was no communal space to sit, except a small reception area. Only six chairs were available near the front door, which limited seating options. The second breakfast room could be a lounge, but it remained locked all day.

The staff attitude has a kindness I adored. The breakfast held fresh fruits, also croissants. The hotel location allows easy sightseeing. The metro station stays quite near, which becomes convienient to Shibuya.
The room felt small, windows do not open. I needed to pay for early check-in. It was strange because the room had become available. I would be glad with a bigger room next time.
